Marketing Manager
You will be Reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer:

This position for Marketing Manager is an exciting and challenging opportunity that will require the successful candidate to manage a creative team to cover all forms of marketing of the company, including the owned digital platforms of the business as well as the digital marketing strategy for all the products of the business.

As the marketing manager, you will be responsible for all the company's marketing related activities. 

Duties:

- Manage a creative team to strategically drive the brand awareness and growth of the company and the products it sells.

- Managing all marketing channels including social media, newsletters, print advertising, radio campaigns, in-store and external events, give-aways and donations.

- Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.

- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.

- Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels.

- Building and managing Google Adwords campaigns and measuring the success of the campaigns using Google Analytics.

- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against annual goals set out by the CEO.

- Oversee and approve marketing material, both online and in the physical stores.

- Work with the sales and catalogue team to promote specific products and categories during the appropriate seasons throughout the year.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing management in     E-Commerce
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, or demonstratable marketing     skills/knowledge.
- Firm grasp of SEO best practices.
- Digital marketing experience.
- Google Adwords experience.
- Excellent communication skills (Written, Verbal, Phone)
- Excellent English language skills.
- Team management skills.
- Understanding of web design and UI/UX principles.
