Marketing Manager

Columbia, Missouri

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager is a key member of the marketing and communications team, and is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for their respective region. They will work closely with marketing and communications colleagues and regional operational leadership to develop and execute regional strategies to grow brand awareness, build community trust with regional brands, and educate the public on mental health and healthcare resources.

Essential Job Functions:

Works closely with regional president to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, projects and campaigns.Responsible for local marketing efforts in assigned region, including sponsorships, advertising, events, etc., as well as internal marketing efforts to engage team members.Develops a sound understanding of services to serve as a valued business advisor in developing overall marketing strategy, creating marketing plans, programs, budgets, and assets (with the assistance of centralized Creative Team).Represents organization in person at events, including speaking engagements, professional conferences or trade shows when required.Fosters relationships with regional leaders, team members and community partners.Oversee marketing relationships with external parties, and contracts with strategic business partners to meet revenue targets.Ensures assigned region maintains brand standards and style.Analyzes data to determine campaign efficiency.Actively contributes to a collaborative, high performing and engaged marketing and communications team.Some regional travel required.Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education Qualifications:

Willingness to participate in some regional travel (approximately 25%) required.4 years of relevant marketing experience preferred.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.

Employment Requirements:
