Essential Job Functions:
Plan and communicate marketing strategiesCoordinate efforts of third-party marketing agencies Gather and analyze data on social media and marketing efforts Manage website including new content creation and collaboration with SEO vendor Plan and schedule advertising for recruiting Travel to MC project sites and build rapport throughout the organization Develop internal and external professional relationships to support marketing efforts Copywriting and copy editing Lead or support internal communication efforts Collaborate and support the following departments: Recruiting, Business Development, and Estimating Human Resources, Safety, Survey, Equipment, Training, Finance, IT, and Operations Support Corporate Proposal Process by managing content, copy editing and graphic design Manage social media efforts of the Marketing Team Generate and share meaningful content daily for social media and website Photography and editing Film and edit short videos for social media Graphic design Research and share relevant industry posts Plan, attend, and cover corporate events and operator training events Stay abreast of social media trends and technological advancements Manage Marketing efforts related to subsidiary company Palmetto Rock:
Requirements and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or English Construction experience is a preferred but not required Willingness to work on construction sites and follow safety protocols Some evening and weekend work required.

Work Environment:
