As a Marketing Manager, you’ll have direct oversight of strategy, partnership development, activation, and measurement of Rocket B2B across our broker, real estate, and strategic partnership portfolio. You’ll work with senior leadership and agency partner(s) to lead strategic framework, evaluation, and negotiation of sponsorship contracts and activations. You’ll also serve as the team key point of contact across internal Integrated Marketing Communications team, Banking, Business Development, etc.

About the Role

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectivesWrite effective marketing briefs, collaborating with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and content creators that produce high-quality, engaging marketing that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiencesMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making and optimize performanceCollaborate with internal teams, agency teams and vendors to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies and support integrated go-to-market plansDrive experimentation of new forms of messaging, visual identity, and brand voice across all marketing communications and touchpointsImplement lead generation programs and tactics to attract and capture qualified leads, nurturing them through the marketing funnel to drive conversions and sales opportunitiesBuild and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, industry influencers and media outlets to enhance brand visibility, credibility and market presence

About You

Minimum Qualifications:

5 years of experience in a marketing role or at an advertising agency or equivalent experienceBachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent competencyKnowledge of project management principlesExperience in marketing automation

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of marketing strategiesAdvanced knowledge in analyzing and interpreting marketing related dataAdvanced knowledge in growing a brand and products through integrated marketing programs
