Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing Archbright’s marketing strategy, including executing marketing campaigns and events, ensuring Archbright is communicating the right messaging to attract and retain prospects and members, representing the marketing team to cross-functional groups (including sales, content team, and member services operations), updating leadership on the progress of marketing programs, and reporting the results of campaigns and projects.
The Marketing Manager will work daily with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders in a high-visibility role.
This role is located in the Seattle area and candidates must be located within commuting distance from Seattle. Work can be performed remotely, with travel to Seattle and the surrounding area approximately monthly for in-person events, team meetings and Archbright conferences.

Qualifications
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
+ Strategize, develop, execute, and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns across all marketing channels (email, search, display, social, direct mail, web).
+ Develop creative assets to support marketing channels and campaigns (email, search, display, social, direct mail, web).
+ Develop, coordinate, and manage all events that Archbright hosts or sponsors.
+ Collaborate with sales team on development of lead generation and lead qualification strategies for membership and for-fee services.
+ Partner with marketing, sales, HR advisors, and service delivery teams to develop marketing assets and curate compelling content for campaigns.
+ Support product manager on execution of mozzo go-to-market plan.
+ Leverage HubSpot CRM, automation, and analytics tools to enhance communications for customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
+ Ensure development of compelling email campaigns to acquire, engage, and retain customers.
+ Drive email with content, relevancy, smart segmentation, and personalization.
+ Manage the development of promotional email marketing campaigns, annual calendar, testing plans, and prioritization.
+ Monitor performance of email campaigns and implement strategies for optimization.
+ Maintain and enhance website to bring simplicity and user friendliness while adhering to brand guidelines.
+ Translate high-level, cross-functional requirements and implement in website platform.
+ Monitor web traffic, performance, and capacity to identify, prevent, and resolve issues.
+ Ensure all content is current, accurate, and in compliance with any regulatory requirements as they pertain to the digital content.
+ Manage and coordinate workstreams of any external marketing and creative partners.
+ Monitor execution and performance of current campaigns, updating scorecard and providing analysis on KPIs.
+ Understand and stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and lead generation.
+ Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing strategic recommendations based on analytics and successes, as it relates to Archbright’s business plan and current market demands.
Essential Qualifications for the Role:
+ Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and collaboratively, and proactively communicate across teams, departments, and organizational levels.
+ Strong marketing acumen – including digital marketing, analytics, content marketing, events, ecommerce, and lead generation.
+ Demonstrated experience managing vendors and agency partners.
+ Solid project management and organization skills with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives at once.
+ Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decisions and strategies
+ Excellent interpersonal, written, presentation, and verbal communication are required.
+ Tenacity, curiosity, and the ability to approach challenges with a growth mind-set.
+ Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
+ Enthusiasm and experience working alongside experts from across the organization.

Education and Experience:
+ Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related field. Experience can substitute for education.
+ Experience: 4 years required, 1 year with HubSpot.
+ Preferred: 6 years of progressive experience in marketing
Technical Skills:
+ Required: Excellent MS 365 experience, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams; Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (Sales & Marketing Hubs), and Adobe Creative Suite
+ Preferred: Experienced in Email Marketing, Web and Social Paid Ads, Search Optimization, and Website Platforms.
+ Preferred: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive designs, dynamic content, and ecommerce best practices.

The hiring salary range for this position is $102,704-125,527. The full hiring range for this role is $91,297-$136,945 annually.
