Job Summary
The Marketing Manager for Restaurant Associates at JPMorganChase's new global HQ at 270 Park is responsible for leading all marketing and communications initiatives at the unit level while implementing corporate initiatives. You will work with our Operations team to develop and deploy programs and promotions, with our Technology team to manage marketing materials and digital content, and with our culinary team to execute popups / LTO / seasonal ideas in the business, all the while driving innovation with an eye on consumer insights and trends. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the operations team to ensure that revenue, customer satisfaction, and R/A marketing and merchandising goals are met.
You will:
* Lead all marketing initiatives from start to finish with innovation and technical expertise
* Provide hands-on support and responsibility for set-ups of culinary, marketing, retail, and wellness programs from corporate
* Will lead LTO/ promos/ popups including robust restaurant / local popup program.
* Control and systematize signage
* Increase participation, check average, and drive top line sales in food hall, café, pantry, catering, retail store & coffee bar operations through development of marketing programs
* Develop quarterly marketing calendar for all dining operations at account and share with clients monthly
* Ensure effective tracking of new initiatives and share results with colleagues and R/A Corporate Marketing
* Conduct café audits to assure quality and compliance.
* Assist in preparing and delivering quarterly business review presentation
* Work with client’s marketing and communication teams as needed to promote dining operations
* Maintain/support dining website and Social Media platforms and build café participation through these channels
* Work within provided budgets and guidelines.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree required. Marketing experience preferred.
* Demonstrated skill in handling multiple tasks.
* Effective written and oral communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft office including Excel and PowerPoint.
* Familiar with basics in common design tools (Photoshop, Keynote, InDesign, Canva, etc)
* Knowledge in major Social Media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat), tools, and techniques.
