This position will support the Technology, Media & Telecommunications sector and will be responsible for developing sales strategies and creating associated materials. **What You’ll Do** Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set department target dates. Responsible for servicing new business development. Work with current clients to develop marketing concepts and design marketing materials. Serve advertising and promotion contact for a local area office. Lead all aspects of the implementation of marketing campaigns. Approve and review creative, copy, and proposed timelines. Ensure compliance with company standards, logo, and consistency of marketing materials. Negotiate vendor pricing and provide cost estimates to clients. Manage and approve media submissions. This includes press releases, feature stories, and by-line articles. Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports for management. Build persuasive presentations on topics to employees, clients, management, or public groups. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems/processes. **What You’ll Need** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, required. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. + Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems. + Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job field and department. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality. + Advanced math skills. The minimum salary for the Marketing Manager position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Marketing Manager position is $160,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
