INRIX is seeking to hire a Marketing Manager to help drive the company's marketing strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals.  This dynamic position requires a results-oriented individual who can lead marketing initiatives, create compelling campaigns, and collaborate across departments to promote INRIX's innovative products and solutions. You'll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans that engage target audiences and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, a data-driven mindset, and along with creativity, adaptability, and a passion for storytelling to craft and deliver marketing strategies that elevate INRIX’s brand and drive measurable results.  This position is based in Kirkland, WA and is hybrid with four days in the office and Friday WFH.         Responsibilities:Work closely with members of the marketing team to coordinate and execute marketing plans to meet key objectivesWork collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to successfully execute projects with defined timelines.Lead and coordinate industry trade shows, conferences and webinars including speaking submissions, logistics, lead generation systems/process, messaging, social media, pre/post emails, meeting schedules, and other related elements.  Provide sales enablement support including the website, emails, blogs, case studies, brochures, presentations and other customer-facing toolsDrive digital story telling through blogs, websites, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, and related techniquesMonitor and track metrics related to events, digital content, social media, etc.Perform additional duties and projects as needed
Required Skills:Track record as a problem-solver and strategic thinker who delivers best-in-class in- person and digital customer experiences that drive business resultsHigh learning agility and intellectual curiosityExcellent interpersonal and leadership skillsExpertise in writing across multiple forms of communication (web content, social, emails, presentations, etc.) for both internal and external audiencesAbility to use data to support strategies and set directionAbility to portray a cooperative, professional, and positive attitude towards customers, managers, and co-workersAble to effectively juggle multiple projects at one timePreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or related fields, or equivalent work experience requiredProficiency in MarTech stack technologies such as Pardot, Salesforce, Asana, Hootsuite, WordPress, LinkedIn, SEMrush, Reddit, Groove, and/or Google Analytics preferred2-4 years of experience in field marketing, campaign marketing, demand generation, product marketing, social media, or event marketing within B2B tech, SaaS, or enterprise software spaceExpertise in planning and executing both in-person and virtual events, leveraging various marketing channels to drive engagement and attendanceStrong understanding of enterprise sales processes, the buyer’s journey, and a proven track record of partnering with sales to achieve pipeline targetsExperience creating and launching marketing campaigns across multiple channels including web, direct, events, search, etc.Knowledge of modern product marketing concepts and techniquesData-driven with the ability to analyze marketing performance and adapt strategies based on insights and feedbackExperience driving organic social media strategies across key channelsAbility to manage contractors and collaborate effectively with all levels across the organization, as well as with clients and prospectsPassion for bringing products to life through impactful storytellingExperience driving programs resulting in MQLs that convert to marketing generated pipelineProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel INRIX is one of the fastest-growing SaaS transportation and mobility technology companies in the world.
