Kforce's client in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Marketing Manager. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office, preference is Monday through Wednesday; other 2 days are remote.
Supports portfolio product/marketing efforts for Partners which includes the following:
* Manage the development, planning, and execution of consumer credit card project strategies in support of business line goals (i.e., Early Month on Book business line initiatives)
* Review and recommend enhancements to Center of Excellence led marketing campaigns and processes to stimulate sales and meet business objectives
Campaigns include:
* Balance Generation
* Usage
* Credit Line Increase
* Digital (Usage, E-Statements)
Duties Include:
* Work closely with card issuance to ensure they have the materials which are required to support and reinforce various acquisition offers
* Retrieve and publish month end credit portfolio metrics for partner
* Deeply involved with campaign execution for business line projects (Email, Statements, and Direct Mail)
* Serve as primary back-up for quarterly rewards mailings
* Responsible for all aspects of performance, campaign tracking and reporting and optimization; And coordinate and manage legal and compliance reviews and audits of all supporting collateral materials and documentation
* In addition, support key acquisition campaigns (DM, In Store) through auditing materials and practices to ensure correctness and that they meet compliance and governance standards
* Involved auditing and ensuring compliance with protocols
