The Position

Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)

Develop Ophthalmology portfolio strategy under MD’s supervisionLead Ophthalmology priority molecule (inc. PDS, TED, UME) strategy developmentSmooth cross function cooperation with PD/Medical/In-Mkt brand team to accelerate new product approval process and commercial launchStrategy refinement base on business tracking, competition dynamics and customer insight dynamicsGlobal connection to fully align China strategy, share progress and seek support or endorsement

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Planning

Develop marketing strategic plan based on the analysis and research of market data, HCP insight generation and patient understanding

Marketing & Product Management

Regular academic visit to TAEs. Enhance the recognition and reputation of the Roche products and support strategy developmentConduct quarterly sensing market research to understand retinal market, competitors, brand adoption progressWork closely with CPS, SFE and Commercial Leaders to provide insight and strategy optimization proposalLead PD/Medical/CPS team to integrate internal resources to maximize resources of pipeline products and accelerate pipeline launchOrganize and attend regular global call to share China strategy, performance and highlights

Financial Management

Develop, maintain and report on Sales performance, mkt performance.

Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书

Bachelor degree or above (Master preferred)Medicine background or relevant area is a mustOphthalmology experience is a plusStrong strategy capability is highly preferred
