RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and lead the company's marketing campaigns across traditional print literature and digital platforms. Investigate emerging marketing trends and new digital technologies/solutions to determine their fit with the company's strategy. Oversee website maintenance, content, and security, including improving SEO rankings and ensuring website content is fresh, engaging, and modern. Maintain relations with third-party vendor partners and agencies to ensure alignment on objectives and timely completion of project activities. Foster strong internal relationships and collaboration with sales, operations, consultants, and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences. Research and document significant client and prospect information in the company’s CRM system.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or an industry-related field. At least 5 years in a marketing management role. Ability to develop and execute long-term marketing strategies. Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns. • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects. Experience managing B2B marketing efforts. Ability to interpret campaign metrics, KPIs, and ROI to inform decision making. Proficiency in data visualization. Strong client-centric mindset and the ability to understand and anticipate client needs. Able to make connections by building trust and relationships with wide range of stakeholders. Understanding of content strategy, writing, and creative direction. Demonstrated ability to approach problems in unconventional ways, finding unique and effective solutions to address issues and challenges. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to convey complex ideas clearly and build rapport with key stakeholders. Basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or Canva. Market research and competitive analysis expertise. Strong verbal and written communication for presentations, pitches, and copywriting. Understanding of financial concepts, including profit and loss statements, budgeting, and pricing strategies, to maximize revenue and profitability and to identify trends and opportunities. Alignment with the company's culture, values, and mission, as well as the ability to represent the company effectively to key clients. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends and best practices. Experience utilizing CRM to accurately capture data and activities. Knowledge of automation tools. PC proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite). Able to travel for work (amount of travel time varies according to business needs).Preferred
Experience in the construction, commercial roof, or commercial pavement industries. Experience marketing in the professional services industry. Experience working with an ERP system. Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
