Marketing Manager

What we will expect from you: 

Reviews & Reputation Management Manage vendor relationship (ex: GatherUp) Provide strategies to increase reviews and improve online reputation Monitor, measure, and report on review & reputation management programs Social Media Management Manage vendor relationship (ex: SOCi) Assist with strategy for multiple social media channels, including corporate, franchise, franchise development, and Jean Griswold Foundation Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, GBP Create content calendars, schedules, and publish content Maintain channels and manage engagement Update and maintain accurate network-wide online business listings Monitor, measure, and report on social media programs Production Support Assist with company production needs, including but not limited to: Monthly Town Hall Production Video Production Collaborate with vendor partners as needed Develop and edit videos as needed Manage & Maintain Studio Organize and track equipment Manage studio use for any video projects Photography (in the absence of professional photographer) Receive and assign tickets to appropriate marketing team members, including self Research, respond and close out marketing tickets assigned to self Attend and provide support at the National Conference and other events.

You will be successful in the role if you: 

Have 5 or more years of experience in marketing or a related field 

Experience within a franchise or multi-location business is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field 

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (ex: SOCi, GatherUp, Constant Contact).

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent computer skills; proficient with Microsoft office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with video production and editing programs

Substantial knowledge of marketing and advertising campaigns, especially social media advertising.

Strong knowledge of marketing and advertising campaigns

Creative, imaginative, inventive, and original

Works autonomously and takes initiative

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent ability to adapt and succeed in fluid environments.
