Marketing Manager

Job DescriptionWork closely and collaboratively with the Event team to plan the event’s entire marketing campaign. Supporting Event Heads in qualifying and selecting suitable vendors (printing/ mailing/ advertisement chanel and so on). Run annual health check on marketing suppliers of the whole Vietnam office or as and when needed.Market/list research to build a hygienic and healthy database with the support of Data management team and Event Team.Work with Regional Team to roll out suitable and effective marketing campaigns for Vietnam Office.Identify marketing best practices to train marketers and support Event Heads in creating career growth and development for marketers.Work with Operations and Data Management team on the visitor registration system for its flow and effectiveness, pre-show and on-site, as well as the compilation of statistics and audits.Onsite event management including but not limited toSupervision of Data entry temps to ensure quality insights are captured timely and preciselyTimely report on visitorshipAdvise on visitor flow and measures to manage effective visitor flow.

QualificationsCandidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Data Management or Mass Communication.At least 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for the positionProven leadership skills.Required Skill(s): Excellent communications skills both orally & in writing, meticulous, self-driven with high levels of initiative, multi-task, deliver quality work within tight deadline, self-starter with an analytical and creative mindKnowledge and ability with IT systems including core MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
