Marketing Manager
Description The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth for our manufacturing business. This individual will work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure digital marketing strategies align with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: + Digital Strategy Development: + Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our manufacturing products and services. + Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through digital channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid media. + Campaign Management: + Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). + Analyze and report on campaign performance, ensuring continuous optimization and improvement of results. + Website and SEO Management: + Oversee website content strategy, including SEO optimization, ensuring high-quality user experience and conversion rate optimization. + Collaborate with IT and design teams to enhance the company website, landing pages, and product pages for maximum engagement. + Content Creation & Marketing: + Lead the creation of engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content that resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences in the manufacturing sector. + Develop case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, videos, and infographics to showcase the company’s expertise. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B manufacturing or industrial setting. + Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, social media platforms, etc.). + Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content management systems (CMS). + Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization strategies. + Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
