Description
We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Marketing Manager with a highly established Non Profit in Metro Detroit. Working within the non-profit sector, this role is integral to shaping and driving strategy, and it requires a high level of organization and detail-orientation.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee omnichannel marketing programs to drive brand growth, increase awareness, and engage audiences.
• Use required software applications for program area, including Microsoft Office, and operate standard office equipment. • Develop team members’ skills in strategic planning, campaign management, and multi-channel marketing tactics.
• Facilitate meetings, ensuring all viewpoints, ideas, and problems are addressed.
• Act as a primary brand steward for the ecosystem, rolling out the brand strategy.
• Handle stressful situations and provide a high level of customer service in a calm and detail-oriented manner.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators across all marketing programs.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work under pressure on multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a marketing role, preferably within the non-profit sector
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud for creating compelling marketing materials
• Proficient in CRM tools for effective customer relationship management
• Experience with Facebook Insights to analyze and improve social media performance
• Proficiency in Google AdWords for effective online advertising
• Experience in using Google Analytics to monitor and analyze website traffic
• Demonstrated success in creating and managing advertisements to promote brand awareness
• Familiarity with budget processes, to ensure cost-effective marketing strategies
• Proven experience in campaign planning to drive successful marketing initiatives
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and effective messaging
• Experience in tactical, corporate, and internal communications
• Demonstrated expertise in various marketing strategies, including multi-channel, email, CRM, database, and channel marketing
• Proven ability in strategic planning to meet organizational goals
• Experience in client communications, for maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
• Knowledge of email and real-time communications to ensure timely and effective messaging
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide direction and inspire a team.
