Marketing Manager
Description We are in the process of recruiting a Marketing Manager to join our team in Florence, Alabama. This role is primarily focused on creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth. The Marketing Manager will leverage their understanding of healthcare marketing and digital trends to enhance brand awareness within the local community. Responsibilities: • Craft and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that employ both online and offline channels to engage new patients and retain the existing ones. • Manage our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) by posting engaging content, such as patient testimonials and educational posts. • Develop and drive email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and highlight new products/services. • Oversee and enhance the company's online presence, including website optimization and local listings, using SEO strategies. • Explore and implement digital advertising tactics, like Google Ads and social media ads. • Generate high-quality, informative content such as blog posts, articles, brochures, and social media graphics. • Build success stories and testimonials from our patients. • Foster relationships with healthcare providers, such as physicians and clinics, to generate referrals. • Represent our company at community events, health fairs, and conferences. • Develop and maintain relationships with local media outlets. • Ensure uniform branding across all marketing materials and channels. • Create compelling messaging that resonates with our target audiences, including patients and physicians. • Monitor and analyze the performance of our marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics like website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, and ROI. • Utilize data to refine our marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement. Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role. • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva is essential. • Knowledge and experience in on-site SEO are required. • Familiarity with WordPress is necessary for the role. • Experience in managing and executing Ad Campaigns is a must. • Ability to develop and implement an AI strategy is needed. • Strong background in Brand Marketing is important. • Proficiency in using Google Ad is essential. • Must have a solid understanding and ability to develop and implement a Marketing Strategy. • Familiarity with Healthcare regulations is beneficial for the role.
