Marketing Manager
Description Job Responsibilities * Execute the customer marketing strategy for add-on Subscriptions and Video Store customers. With the goal of contributing to the growth of the business as well as increasing acquisition during promotional periods. * You will accomplish this by building the complete campaign creation and execution. You will manage key inputs including: targeting and segmentation messaging localization creative content/design and planning. * Execute new in-app best practices driving scalability and automation across LATCANZ * Be responsible to QA and approve Marketplace campaigns. Ensuring campaigns are executed to the highest standard across all marketing channels. * Deep dive analysis providing data based recommendations and partner with BI to understand advanced campaign performance. * Work closely with other channel leads as well as peers in other regions within the company to ensure key launches and partnerships are supported. * Work with Product Teams to drive automation when possible across the campaigns we design to drive customer retention. Candidate Requirements: REQUIRED SKILLS • Strong communication (Written, Verbal) • Attention to detail • Able to work in fast pace environment • Able to manage a project from start to finish • Able to work and communicate with multiple different key stake holders (on one project you may have 3-4 different POC that you need to manage and communicate with to make sure that we are pushing the project forward) • Able to learn quickly • There’s a lot of tools that we work with, must be able to manage. • Flexible • Eager to learn • Want to grow • Ok with change (there may be several changes through out the duration of the assignment) • Marketing Manager Experience 3+ years • Able to meet the bar at an L5 level • Managed projects from start to finish in a Digital landscape • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree • MS Office PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience w/ end to end Project Management • Able to show how they guided themselves through ambiguity • There will be very Clear SOPs in the beginning • I would like to see when there isn’t clear SOPs, they are able to make decisions that are best for the customer and keep the project moving forward w/o always having to have the clear path outlined or a clear SOP to follow. • Ambiguous • Able to be a Vocal Leader of project • Be the sole POC for the project and make sure the project does not stall Performance Indicators: • Deliver projects on time • Feedback from peers and stake holders with in the business • When they do deliver a project, were there any issues • Are we delivering a high-quality project consistently w/o any re-work needed? • Learning and understanding the task at hand quickly. • Be consistent to churn out a quality product that doesn’t need an rework and is delivered on time and is consistent with the quality that we deliver today Disqualifiers / red flags: • Job Hoppers/Career Contractors – Previous workers seem to fall off toward the end of the assignment as if they were more focused on the next opportunity. There was a noticeable drop in communication and quality of work. Leadership principles: • Bias for action – There will be a lot of different ways to handle the role and how you prioritize your work and the way you want to go about it. Ultimately, I need someone that is able to action it and deliver • Ownership • Learn and be curious – They are going to need to absorb a lot of information. There’s a lot of teams that we work with and we’re doing a lot of different things for the customer • Insist on highest standards. – The placements that will be working on have very high visibility. We really need each campaign/project is delivered it must be of the highest standards because once they publish something it’s available to hundreds of thousands of customers, so we can’t have any errors Additional Skills & Qualifications The core of the job would be to do Owned and Operated Merchandising (O&O). So, all our on-site placements. Basically, everything that is customer facing on how we’re advertising these products to customers. Reason/motivation for request: support some major priority projects coming in 2025 Typical Day in the Role: Interaction with team/Day to Day: • Once employee is onboarded and comfortable with the tools we use, they will have a tracker that they work off of. • They will have to check their tracker, check the progress and determine what needs to be done • They will manage a couple different swim lanes, one of the main ones is to follow the different placements of the different advertisements Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
