Marketing Manager

Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Marketing Manager for their Foster City, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with brands, affiliates, and organizations aligned with our mission and target audience.
+ Programs manage the onboarding of new partners to client.
+ Collaborate on partnership agreements that deliver mutual value and contribute to core objectives of brand awareness and customer acquisition.
+ Monitor industry trends to identify emerging partnership opportunities and innovative collaboration strategies.
+ Have exceptional communication and project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
+ Establish and document partnership processes and best practices.
Program Execution:
+ Develop partnership campaigns and content that is on brand and aligned with the partnership marketing strategy.
+ Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners, including content collaborations, events, activations, product integrations, or joint promotions.
+ Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, creative, product, and performance marketing) to create compelling activities that resonate with target audiences.
+ Coordinate delivery of assets to partners.
+ Ensure all activities are aligned with brand guidelines and business goals.
Performance Measurement:
+ Set KPIs for partnership-driven initiatives, focusing on metrics like reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
+ Analyze the performance of partnership campaigns, generate insights, and optimize strategies to improve outcomes.
+ Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress and impact to stakeholders.
+ Manage partnership budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment and alignment with overall brand strategy.
Relationship Management:
+ Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with current and prospective partners.
+ Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring alignment on goals, clear communication, and successful execution of joint initiatives.
+ Develop resources and playbooks to streamline collaboration with partners and onboard new ones effectively.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for partner relationships, ensuring ongoing communication, alignment, and satisfaction.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
+ 6-8 years of experience in partnership marketing, brand collaborations, or a similar role.
+ Strong relationship management skills with the ability to cultivate strong, long-term partnerships.
+ Proven success in executing co-branded campaigns that drive measurable brand and acquisition results.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
+ Have a passion for building meaningful connections and driving business growth through partnerships that are as innovative and groundbreaking as our product.
+ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and inspire partners to consider out-of-the-box programs that would surprise and delight our riders.
+ Experience working with analytics tools to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
+ Creative thinker with an eye for emerging trends in brand marketing and partnerships.
+ Background in “Experience,” “Lifestyle,” or “Entertainment” partnership verticals
+ Keen interest in social trends, and curating meaningful and shareable/marketable experiences
+ Journey mapping.
