We are seeking a strategic-minded Marketing Manager to help lead integrated marketing efforts for Tyson brand. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand activation strategies that align with business objectives of Tyson brand. You will help oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand consistency and KPI achievement across all channels.

This is an onsite role in Springdale, Arkansas and is not eligible for remote work.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

Partner with Business Unit to understand annual priorities and then craft inspiring marketing briefs to meet those needs.Monitor cultural landscape with intention to influence social and public relations strategy.Map consumer journey, based on buying behaviors, to optimize marketing mix.

Creative Leadership & Activation

Partner with external agencies on development and execution of all marketing campaigns across paid media, social, in-store, .com and PR.Evaluate creative work and deliver feedback rooted in brief and business challenge. Deliver meeting recaps to ensure alignment across parties.Facilitate activation of strategic brand partnerships with various organizations to enhance our brand presence, expand market reach, and drive innovation.Develop and execute targeted campaigns to nurture leads, improve customer retention, and personalize customer experiences.Champion Tyson brand standards, ensuring all content is on-brand and consistent across all assets.Partner with Consumer Insights and Analytics teams to track key performance indicators and recommend program optimizations.

Operational Excellence

Act as a “quarterback” of the Marketing organization by ensuring a single strategy comes to life with cross functional marketing teams (Shopper, ecommerce, PR, Media).Promote program visibility across matrixed organization, through continued sharing, updates and facilitating status meetings/documents.Maintain integrated project workback calendars, driving programs toward key milestones.Assist with administrative duties such as meeting ownership and recaps, maintaining status documents, and financial stewardship such as vendor invoicing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.Approximately 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in brand marketing or at an advertising agency.Experience working on integrated marketing campaign tactics including digital, public relations, influencer marketing and retail point-of-sale.Excellent communications skills – both verbal and written – with ability to align strategies across various departments and teams.Self-starter; able to take direction, but confident in own decision-making and ability to manage projects autonomously.Outstanding organizational skills, adept at prioritizing, multi-tasking and time management.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Experience understanding or managing P&L a plus.
