Marketing Manager

As the Field Marketing Manager for the DACH region, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand presence, accelerate the sales pipeline, and engage customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role focuses on delivering impactful field and account-based marketing programs aligned with Clearwater Analytics' regional goals. Collaborating closely with the Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams, you will design and execute localized campaigns and events that resonate with the unique needs of the DACH market.

What You’ll Do

Build and execute a comprehensive field marketing plan for the DACH region, including regional events, customer engagement programs, and account-specific initiatives.

Work closely with the centralized Demand Generation team to take global campaigns to DACH, localising the messaging and building in local activities to support the campaign.

Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to support sales in engaging top strategic accounts and accelerating deal velocity.

Partner closely with the DACH sales team to understand account-specific challenges, decision-making processes, and key personas to tailor marketing programs effectively.

Organize and execute regional events, such as conferences, roadshows, executive dinners, and industry-specific engagements, ensuring they drive pipeline acceleration and customer retention.

Represent Clearwater Analytics at regional events, strengthening relationships with prospects, clients, and partners while enhancing the company’s visibility in the DACH region.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales, to create cohesive marketing materials and strategies tailored to the DACH market.

Manage external vendors and agencies to ensure the successful execution of events and marketing activities.

Manage the DACH marketing budget effectively, ensuring regional goals and priorities are aligned.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in field marketing or account-based marketing with financial services or financial technology.

Proven ability to develop and execute localized marketing strategies in the DACH region, with knowledge of market dynamics and cultural nuances.

Demonstrated success in organizing and executing regional events and ABM initiatives.

Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.

Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and German.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
