Marketing Manager
Marketing Manager Reports to: VP of Client Relations Status: Regular Full Time, Exempt   POSITION OVERVIEW The Marketing Manager at Love & Company develops, implements, and optimizes the agency’s marketing activities to align with our growth strategy and go-to-market positioning. Key responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing plans for B2B marketing campaigns, coordinating creative and strategic resources to produce content, and maintaining our HubSpot CRM, including managing workflows, building and maintaining automation and supporting ongoing maintenance of our B2B database. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES + Manage HubSpot: Implement email workflows and email content for prospect and customer marketing communications, maintain deals and support ongoing maintenance of our contact database. Including: + Designing and implementing email automation architecture and other email plans + Initiating email communications at appropriate times and project managing projects through completion + Writing, designing and posting automated and other email campaigns as needed, and managing agency resources when support is necessary + Updating contact records and other database updates on a weekly and monthly basis, as appropriate + Recommending and implementing database integrity approaches + Compile, analyze and report the results of marketing activities to the VP of Client Relations and other key stakeholders, then optimize marketing activities based on the analysis + Build and maintain a central reporting document to provide a central reporting hub, and reporting on key insights, lessons learned and adjustments weekly, monthly or quarterly, as appropriate + Build and maintain automated HubSpot and Looker reports, ensuring their integrity + Support the development of annual and quarterly marketing plans, calendars, and budgets + Create and maintain folder system, reporting system, calendars and tracking mechanism for managing the marketing plan throughout the year, at the tactical level + Maintain and prepare reporting results and join in analysis + Assist in creating annual marketing budget and track budget against plan + Manage the ongoing marketing content calendar and coordinate the activities of the team supporting the program to execute campaigns on time and on budget + Maintain content calendar, initiating projects at appropriate times and managing projects through completion + Writing, designing and posting the majority of non-blog content projects, and managing agency resources when support is necessary + Manage ongoing social media postings on Love & Company’s behalf + Creating social calendar in partnership with social media manager + Maintain social calendar, initiating projects at appropriate times and managing projects through completion + Writing, designing and posting the majority of social posts, and managing agency resources when support is necessary + Support the timely development of new business proposals and pitches, including coordinating communications and workflows, and providing resources from the proposal and pitch library. This includes: + Contributing to weekly hot board meetings regarding logistics of proposal and pitch development + Managing participation with agency staff for proposal and presentation, when applicable + Manage the development and use of a robust proposal and pitch resource library + Managing the maintenance of the asset library, initiating quarterly updates from the integrated marketing services and client services teams + Supporting the development of presentation assets and major proposal assets + Managing the quarterly review of all B2B assets for updating and improvement + Support Love & Company’s participation in senior living conferences, managing logistics and maximizing our investment to influence our sales pipeline. This includes: + Developing PPT presentations or other presentation materials needed to deliver educational sessions + Submitting sessions, reserve hotel rooms, arrange details for special events of any kind, as needed + Supporting the Vice President of Growth Strategies’ conference-specific pre- and post-marketing strategies across all relevant channels, as needed + Maintaining a calendar of conferences and submission due dates, and support the workflows at the appropriate time for each + Proof deliverables for quality and for alignment with brand standards QUALIFICATIONS The individual should have the following experience and capabilities: + 3+ years’ experience managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, calendars, workflows and projects + Agency experience preferred + Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously + Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate a clear direction for campaign/communication strategy when working with various internal and external stakeholders on assigned deliverables + Content writing (social media, blogs, emails) experience preferred + Professional and proactive work ethic + Experience facilitating industry conferences and other events (either first-party or third-party) + Thorough knowledge of relevant B2B marketing channels (e.g., email, social media, events, print, digital advertising, etc.) + Experience using HubSpot or similar CRMs to maintain sales pipelines, manage and segment marketing audiences, and nurture leads + General knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) preferred + Competency with Microsoft Office programs Success Criteria + Marketing calendar is managed on time and on budget + Positive relationship with marketing team members and partners + Timely and thorough coordination of proposals and pitches + Engagement with Love & Company marketing efforts + Excellent communication skills   Powered by JazzHR
