Your Role at Baxter:
In this role, you will:
Lead, or co-lead marketing activities associated with the Acute Therapies product portfolio
Develop go-to-market strategies
Achievement of financial growth targets for key products
Strategy development and management of core Acute Therapies products and marketing programs.
Planning and execution of marketing programs and promotional activities.
Ongoing market research and analysis of product performance, customers, and competitive trends.
Support for development of business unit strategic plans and operating plans.
Interface with global and local cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with local execution.
Develop key customer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Providers and Policy Makers.
What you'll be doing:
Strategic Business Planning
Support the development of annual marketing plans for the Acute Therapies portfolio
Creates and supports initiatives for strategies, branding, product positioning
Support market research and insights activities, monitor and analyze the environment, identify business opportunities and provide insights into the planning process
Manage the core portfolio and ensure delivery to plan on sales and GP, while effectively managing promotional marketing spends
Work cross functionally with clinical, sales, medical and market access
Marketing Program Development & Execution
Provide brand level leadership to the commercial team and customers nationally, while raising brand awareness through communication and best practice sharing
Support the planning and execution of impactful brand strategies and commercial plans by working closely with both internal and external partners
Support the development and execution of marketing programs and promotional activities that drive portfolio growth across the country
Create and maintain marketing content sales tools and marketing materials and ensure their effective use by the sales and clinical team
Campaign management across various channels, including digital, social media, print and events
Brand Portfolio Management
Ensure the portfolio stays relevant and continuously working to manage lifecycles and profitability, lead rationalization and/or discontinuation efforts
Support product forecasting and demand planning, work with supply chain, regulatory, and/or quality to manage customer complaints and/or other product related issues.
Supports the pricing and contract strategy for core portfolio
What you'll bring:
Bachelors level degree with related experience (business, marketing, science)
Previous commercial (sales or marketing), Critical Care or dialysis experience
Previous experience in healthcare or medical device industry
2-3 years marketing experience
Communication skills – excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Self-starter, works autonomously
Execution oriented
Critical thinking
Project management and strong organizational skills, manages ambiguity
Excellent team work and influencing skills
Understanding of business / marketing processes
Excellent computer skills, MS Office, Kofax, salesforce
Nice to have:
Masters level degree with related experience
>3 years sales marketing experience
Leading cross-functional teams
Bilingual - French/English
