Marketing Manager - eCommerce
Description Robert Half Marketing and Creative is hiring for a Marketing Manager, eCommerce with a client in Atlanta. This is a direct hire position. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager, eCommerce to manage the online product assortment, optimize merchandising strategies, and drive sales and profitability through product planning, digital merchandising, and content placement. This role works closely with marketing, product development, and design teams to create a seamless and engaging online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: + Manage and curate the online product assortment based on customer demand, seasonal trends, and brand strategy. + Oversee product lifecycle management, including SKU activation, rotation, and retirement. + Optimize product placement, categories, and filters to improve the customer shopping experience. + Align product launches with marketing campaigns, promotions, and SEO strategies. + Use performance data and consumer insights to drive merchandising decisions. + Work with product development teams to ensure sufficient stock for promotions, events, and seasonal changes. + Conduct inventory audits and manage markdowns, promotions, and clearance strategies. + Ensure accuracy and consistency in product descriptions, images, and pricing. + Implement best practices for product page optimization to improve SEO rankings and drive traffic. + Analyze margin and ROI for promotions to align with business goals. + Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging e-commerce technologies to inform strategy. + Utilize personalization and recommendation tools to enhance product discovery and relevance. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in digital merchandising, marketing, or a related field. + 4+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or product management. + Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles. + Experience with e-commerce platforms (Adobe Magento is a plus), Google Analytics, and merchandising software. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. + Ability to develop and execute innovative merchandising strategies to drive business growth. + Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
