Job DescriptionVisa is looking for a Cross-Border (XB) Marketing Manager to help drive our strategic initiatives in the Travel space. As “cross-border” at Visa defines international transactions for both international travellers to France and French Visa cardholders travelling abroad, we are looking for a business marketer with solid experience in the financial services, retail shopping, luxury or travel space. The role will report into the Cross-Border Marketing Director FraBeLux & Southern Europe, and partner very closely with multiple Visa functions involved in this strategic workstream: Business Development, Client Marketing services, Product and Merchant Sales.
The XB Marketing manager will:
Lead our marketing efforts in the Inbound & Outbound travel vertical in France, Belgium and Luxembourg, defining a clear marketing strategy, project plans and measurement approach.Support business engagements with key clients in the Issuing (Banks) and Merchants space, to help drive international transactions via comarketing initiatives and partnerships.Own integration of XB within broader Marketing campaign initiatives in the Brand and Affluent space, nurturing XB volumes from Premium Visa cardholders.Coordinate with other Visa markets and regions to drive joint initiatives (i.e. GCC to France shopping program) and ensure appropriate marketing communications to key audiences.Support measurement of Marketing ROI for Visa brand and Client campaigns in the cross-border spaceBe the marketing business partner for multiple stakeholders involved in our Cross-border initiatives internally and externally (financial institutions, merchants, marketing agencies, tourism boards, etc), coordinate across all functions to ensure superlative level of execution.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
