YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

Digital therapeutics or therapies use evidence-based and guideline-compliant modern technologies (especially apps) to support patients in making medically relevant behavioral changes for the treatment of diseases. In this innovative field, you manage Bayer's DTx portfolio for the target audience of doctors/physicians within the HCP Marketing teamYou coordinate – together with many departments and internal and external partners – the development, strategy, and market launch of the products, with a focus on activation among doctors. This includes, for example, creating and revising relevant HCP marketing materials (sales materials, training, omnichannel measures, conferences, etc.) in close coordination with other departments such as sales, brand management, and medicalUsing defined KPIs, you analyze the development, actions, and success, continuously evolving the strategyYou are responsible for project management, including external and internal communication (local and global), and for managing agencies
