This position will be based in Prague, and require regular travelling to the countries in the region (50% of time).
Main Purpose of the Job:Build Marketing Plans/Brand strategies for Abbott HF portfolio (Chronic, Acute & CardioMems) in collaboration with EMEA marketing & global strategy and implement these in collaboration with the field force.Meet overall financial objectives in short & long term in the Region.What You'll do:Develop Marketing Plans in short/medium/long-term for Abbott HF Portfolio (Chronic, Acute & CardioMems), considering product availability, investments, resources, product positioning, defined strategies, prices, commercial and financial goals (margins for each product).Develop and communicate strategies of products and argumentation aids to the sales force and prepare and implement the supporting materials.Coordinate local marketing efforts across the region in order to have a consistent approach, in collaboration with HF Regional Director, GM HF EMEA Marketing Managers & Director.Involved and support in Health & Reimbursement & Governmental Affairs Projects.Conducts marketing presentations and follow-up activities to build market level awareness and adoption.Monitor the implementation of the defined strategic objectives, analyze market trends and competition and identify opportunities and new competitive advantages in order to define actions that guarantee the achievement of the defined commercial and financial goals.Manage and inspire the regional field team across the region providing market intelligence, insights and strategies.Build and maintain relationships with the HF EMEA Marketing organization.Verify the availability of inventory, changes in part numbers and specifications in order to define sales and marketing strategies for the commercialization of products.Develop and manage relationship with the Region KOLs & Scientific Associations to establish key strategic partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders.Identify possible synergy opportunities for the division across Abbott & the region, implementing pilot projects whenever is possible.Lead, coordinate and manage the New Product Introduction process for region, assuring clear communication and prioritization according to the business needs.Participate and develop marketing plans, strategies and tactics for business reviews, forecasts (LBE, Outlook) for HF portfolio.Supports the customer relationships and joint visits with commercial field team.Comply with Abbott policies, procedures on quality system & requirements for related responsibilities. Leadership to manage all OEC processes related to Marketing Activities and processes via the 2 business support functions.Required qualifications & background:Medical or scientific training in the biomedical field.Knowledge of the medical devices market.Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of HF, Cardiac Surgery or Perfusion, on technical, clinical and/or marketing functions.Proven success in developing relationships with key accounts.Fluent English (written and oral).Results-oriented.Team player and influencing skills.Problem solving.Entrepreneurial / start up spirit.Management of priorities and resources.Knowledge of Medical Device Compliance.Knowledge of Medical Device Reimbursement Process.Ability to adapt to the corporate culture.Proactivity, ability to learn.Ability to integrate change.Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage ambiguity.Your behavior is exemplary, it represents and engages the company, it is a source of inspiration, commitment and satisfaction for your superiors, colleagues and collaborators.Ability to travel internationally - 50%.Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
