The Marketing Manager of Patient Services Marketing for AbbVie Patient Services leads the development and execution of the patient omnichannel marketing plan for Immunology brands, focused on Dermatology. This role requires strong collaboration within the AbbVie cross-functional Patient Services organization, which includes Franchise Leadership, Patient Engagement, Marketing Operations, Business Technology Solutions, Access & Reimbursement, Field/HCP teams, Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Finance, and Marketing Analytics/Business Insights. It entails a complemented mix of creative stewardship, experience strategy, innovation thought leadership – and is a catalyst, driving AbbVie’s digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
+ Plan and execute the omnichannel marketing strategy, driving patient engagement, resource utilization, and patient support throughout the SKYRIZI & RINVOQ Derm treatment experiences – and across all channels.
+ Lead channel strategy and development of Field/Patient Engagement marketing tactics, Email, Direct Mail, Websites, Mobile Apps, Social Media, SMS/MMS, SEM/SEO, and print.
+ Partner with Operations to plan and lead the Marketing team’s execution of CRM to the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform – including integration with other patient services platforms to enable engagement strategies and tactics.
+ Provide oversight of agency relationships, focusing on partnerships with their Account, Strategy, Project Management, Creative, Measurement, Digital, Media, and Finance teams.
+ Deliver omnichannel marketing briefs, understand timelines to accomplish tasks, and anticipate potential barriers impacting campaign delivery.
+ Partner with the Marketing Analytics & Business Insights team to evaluate the effectiveness of patient and HCP strategies by establishing omnichannel learning agendas and measurement plans.
+ Lead extraction of insights from measurement activities and formulate recommendations for optimization; prioritize and foster a test-and-learn environment.
+ Maintain a thorough understanding of patient and HCP insights as they evolve to inform ongoing refinement of the treatment experience.
+ Deliver and articulate marketing objectives and strategies to cross-functional technology partners to inform Salesforce, Adobe, Veeva, and Five9 platform enhancements, integration solutions, and service innovations.
+ Drive service innovation by keeping a pulse and socializing brand, digital transformation, and service industry trends.
+ Create and present leadership-level marketing communication plans and recommendations.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ Previous marketing experience required.
+ 5+ years of brand, omnichannel, and digital marketing experience preferred, ideally in a similar pharma, patient service, or service-related industry.
+ Proficient understanding of brand positioning, omnichannel strategy, end-to-end campaign management, and finance management.
+ Strong background in customer, patient, or HCP service and retention strategies.
+ Proficient planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, agility, and follow-through.
+ Experience managing omnichannel campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager – or similar platforms preferred.
+ Ability to manage and lead various external and internal partnerships, including agencies and production vendors.
+ Demonstrated experience collaborating with marketers and cross-functional teams.
+ Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.

+ The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

Salary: $117,500 - $223,500
