Marketing Manager II
**Location/TimeZone (On-site/hybrid)** : + Remote anywhere in USA, can work in any time zone **Hours** : + 9am to 5pm in their personal timezone **Main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource** : + Building out d/c (direct to consumer) communication across emails push and in app message across 8 regional markets, inclusive of reporting, presenting learnings to stakeholders. + They will work with global markets to source data and assets in order to deliver campaigns on time. + Focused on CRM/salesforce backround. **TOP Critical Skills or Must Haves skills a candidate should have** : + 5-7+ years of relevant work experience in email and CRM marketing (a focus on streaming subscription services is a plus) + Experience with implementing triggered campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys + Experience of CRM platforms and best practices, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio and Journey Builder) and BrCliente + Excellent Skills in HTML, and CSS to fully customize email and mobile Marketing. Experience with SQL, Liquid, and AMPScript is a plus + Excellent understanding of CRM metrics and how they impact the performance of the overall business + Ability to assist in design (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is preferred + Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills and present high-quality documents to leadership + Excellent multitasking abilities while meeting various deadlines + Capacity to coordinate with International, and other internal teams + Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery + Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication in English, another language is a plus **Nice to Have** : + Knowledge in TV Content. + Consumer of entertainment content and interest in it. + Experience working in the streaming industry including a knowledge of current trends + Capability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. + Knowledgeable of email compliance and privacy legislation, both domestic and international (specifically: CAN-SPAM; GDPR; CASL; CCPA) + Experience with data extensions management and integration is a plus + Experience working in the streaming D2C industry is a plus + Experience with tools such as Movable Ink, and RedFast is a plus **Deal Breakers** : + If they don’t have experience in salesforce, then this would not be a good fit for them. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
