Could you be our next Marketing Manager Med/Surg reporting to Head of Marketing UKIN.
Responsible for driving the strategicdirection and execution of activity aligned to Western European strategyforthe product portfolio that sits within Med/Surg (general ward) for UKI.
This is a downstream marketing role working closely with the European team and supporting our Sales in UK/I
What you'll do:
Strategy Development, creating and implementing the operational marketing plans including content, messaging and budget management for relevant products (Welch Allyn, Progressa+)that sit within thecare setting of ICU / Acute (MedSurg)
Working with Digital Marketing Specialist, support the execution and delivery of the Omnichannel marketing strategyforthe UKI, enabling aseamless customer experience
Building the value proposition that transitions from product portfolio to establishing the customer problem you are trying to solve for relevant portfolio
Leverage existing Baxter installed base to drive sustainable growth in key areas
Product Launch, product support and line extension for local market
Active in completing and working with NHS / HSE tenders, frameworks and national procurement providers in the acute setting
Identifying relevant and suitable channels to market
Product lifecycle and end of life management
First line product and solution support to Med/Surg Sales Team & Therapy Team by way of information sharing, competitor analysis and key point of contact to upstream regional marketing team
KOL development, clinicians and technicians available for thought leadership, user acceptance and input into global product development
Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
Atleast3-5yearsexperience of Medical Technology / Medical Device Marketing
Sales eperience would be desirable
Strong analytical skills & organisational skills
Experience of a matrix organisation engaging and influencing commercial and functional leaders preferred
Field basedwith50%oftravel nationally
