Marketing Manager, US Commercial Knees Robotics (Memphis, TN)

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager US Robotics Knees, the Marketing Manager implements downstream marketing strategies and tactics required to drive sustained revenue growth in the highly competitive Robotics market. The role is fundamental in driving the implementation of our Robotics products in the market thanks to high level of execution and collaboration with customers, salesforce and field partners. 

What will you be doing?

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Joint Reconstruction and Robotic market landscape: market trends, customer priorities, and competitive landscape to shape our go to market approach.Implement marketing plans that include targeting, value proposition, key messaging, market analysis, competitive analysis, promotional planning, trade show strategy, sales tool development, digital and web strategy and a revenue each product category.Create processes that drive the safe implementation of the usage of the SN Robotics products.Develop and implement go to market plans for assigned product lines including promotions, medical education, digital marketing, channel readiness, inventory requirement and allocation.Leading the IT integration process for successful implementation of our software platformsSupport the Senior Marketing Manager in creating annual marketing plans and strategies.

What will you need to be successful?

Bachelor's degree3+ years downstream marketing leadership in the Orthopedics and Robotics marketUnderstanding of competitive products and go to market models is a plus.Understanding of direct and in-direct sales channels is a plus.

Travel: up to 50%
