Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health EMENA is searching a Marketing Manager Millsmart and Feed & Safety.  The Marketing Manager for MillSMART™ and Feed Safety at Kemin,  will drive our marketing strategies, new business development, and portfolio management efforts. As Marketing Manager  for MillSMART™ and Feed Safety you will oversee the MillSMART™ and Feed Safety product and service portfolio, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. This role involves creating and implementing marketing strategies, managing technical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

 

Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for the MillSMART™ and Feed Safety portfolio to drive growth and market penetration. Account Planning: Partner with sales teams to develop strategic account and growth plans, driving commercial success. Commercial Excellence: Ensure customer-centric training and support tools for sales and distribution partners to enhance customer engagement. Industry Engagement: Present industry information and research findings to external groups to position Kemin as a thought leader. Marketing Management: Manage all marketing activities, including strategic planning, competitive analysis, and market trend assessment, to maximize profitability. Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets to support strategic initiatives and ensure quality growth. Product Launches: Lead and support the technical aspects of product/service launches to ensure successful market entry. Product Management: Oversee product management activities, ensuring high customer satisfaction and business retention. Innovation: Drive business and portfolio extension development, including new product evaluation and testing, to stay ahead of market trends. Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders to develop and oversee trials, ensuring comprehensive internal reporting. Branding and Promotion: Direct and support branding and promotional activities in collaboration with marketing communications to enhance brand visibility. Regulatory Compliance: Track and manage registration dossiers for assigned product groups to ensure compliance. People Management: Coach and develop individual team members to build a high-performing team.  Qualifications Educational Background: Master’s degree in animal science or animal nutrition with knowledge of feed mill technology. Industry experience: +5 years of experience in a strategic role in the animal feed mill industry  Proactive Leader: Self-motivated, energetic, and business-minded with a broad scientific/technical aptitude. Excellent Communicator: Strong written, verbal, and the ability to translate a strategic plan into the business  Customer-Centric: Exceptional customer service skills for both internal and external customers. Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical skills in applied research and commercial testing. Financial Acumen: Ability to understand financial statements and evaluate product costs, margins, pricing, and market share. Sales Savvy: Recognize sales opportunities and collaborate effectively with account managers. Team Player: Work effectively in cross-functional teams to achieve customer and product objectives. Organized Planner: Well-organized with the ability to plan resources effectively while being flexible to market needs.
