Marketing Manager - Nexa

Watts is looking for a results-oriented Marketing Manager who will lead the development of marketing initiatives to accelerate the scaling and user adoption of our Nexa SaaS platform. In this role, you will partner with colleagues across the organization to develop marketing strategies, articulate a vision, and lead the team toward achieving goals. You will need to think both strategically and tactically as you execute integrated marketing plans & campaigns, ensure brand consistency, increase awareness, engage customers & markets, grow the user base, use data to continuously improve results, and ultimately support SaaS revenue growth.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Develop and execute a marketing strategy including positioning, audience definition, competitive analysis, and execution roadmap to grow Nexa SaaS platformDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaign plans that support business objectives and drive awareness & growthOversee campaign planning, scheduling, budgeting, creative production, KPI reporting, and refinementManage the creation and execution of digital/automated lead nurturing campaigns that include lead scoring, list segmentation, testing, and analyticsBrainstorm and action new and creative growth strategiesManage trade show/event execution including pre and post-event promotions, booth presentation, coordination of industry media, and lead follow up with SalesResearch and manage strategic marketing partnershipsDevelop thought leadership content for use in marketing campaignsLiaison with Training team to develop in-person and online training contentCoordinate with customers on VOC and testimonialsManage third party vendors as needed to execute marketing objectives

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 7 years experience in Marketing or Marketing CommunicationsHighly encouraged, 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketingExperience with strategic marketing operations, brand marketing, product marketing, advertising, or multi-branded marketingStrong knowledge of the digital and offline marketing landscape and how they interrelateExperience with AARRR funnel, and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SaaS marketingDemonstrated experience with marketing campaign planning and best practicesDemonstrated success in developing and launching marketing campaigns on time and on budget that deliver resultsDemonstrated experience executing trade shows and events, advertising, and digital marketing activitiesSuperior project management and organizational skillsExperience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordExperience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, a plusUp to 20% travel

MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISION:

No direct reports, but this role will manage third party vendors as needed
