Marketing Manager Regional Impact Hub (80-100%)

Our marketing managers are a crucial part of our Regional Impact Hub team, responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing centralized and regional cross-media Marketing concepts for our 10 specific UBS regions. You will work closely with the Marketing Initiatives, UBS Engagements, Innovation & Creative Lab, Live Marketing and Regional Sponsorship & Events Team as well as our design team in Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Likeability: Create and drive marketing activities to increase regional/local brand likeability, trust and emotional proximity to UBS
• Advertising: Plan, execute, and manage regional extensions based on our national core banking initiatives, brand initiatives & UBS Engagements across paid & UBS owned channels & platforms
• Content & dialogue: Create specific content elements to support regional directors, business desk heads in prospecting and retaining clients
• Efficiency: Find centralized ways of making marketing activities more effective and efficient
• Innovation: Create channel specific innovation approaches
• Synergies: Maximize synergies between national initiatives/engagements and all 10 regions
• Reporting: Analyze success data and provide detailed reports on performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement
