Job DescriptionManager, Partner Marketing
We are looking to add a collaborative, proactive, and resourceful marketing manager to our team to support our growing alliances channel across EVH. You will develop a marketing program that is tailored to each of our alliance channel types. The ultimate goal of this position is to guide brand awareness and sales opportunities through the support of our alliance partners.
Reporting to the CMO, you will have the vision to create the right marketing strategies while collaborating with alliance directors and sales leaders.
Responsibilities
Develop and iterate long-term marketing strategies that drive alliance growth and support evolving partner ecosystems across Employer Services, Verifications and Housing.Collaborate with the Salesforce operations team to ensure partner leads and campaigns are tracked and managed in SFDC to align with alliance partner guidelines.Be the program lead while working with the marketing and alliances teams to implement partner-specific campaigns, webinars, and events that target our partner-specific customer segments.Coordinate partner conferences and events, from strategy and promotion to execution and follow-up activities.Coordinate partner webinars and podcasts, from strategy and promotion to execution and follow-up activities.Coordinate partner email, social and search campaigns, from strategy and promotion to execution and follow-up activities.Create a communication strategy that engages and educates our partner audiences.Oversee the development of all digital assets related to our partners, including partner pages on ees.com, marketplace pages on our partner websites, partner-specific campaign landing pages.Create content in multiple formats that engage both our partner contacts and partner-specific customer segments that increase sales activity and are aligned with our overall EVH brand strategy. Help guide editorial strategy and contribute to our content agenda.Support partner enablement activities from developing sales materials (sell sheets, presentations) to assisting with specific sales efforts.Track pipeline development metrics and collect Marketing indicators used to produce monthly marketing dashboard reports.Work with external resources to implement programs on time, within budget and with the highest quality.Qualifications7+ years of experience in Marketing/Sales in a leadership capacityExperience navigating complex partner ecosystems, with an ability to balance partner needs with corporate goals.Understand partner/sales needs and translate complex business issues into clear and engaging messaging.Experience leading marketing teams.Project management experienceExperience trying new strategies to grow the business.Experience creating and measuring lead-generation campaigns that rely on specific customer segments to guide awareness and create new business opportunities.Experience incorporating campaign testing methodologies to deliver performance-based campaign results.Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or related disciplineAdditional InformationPerks
