We are really excited to offer this 12 month fixed term opportunity as a Marketing Manager for our Toby Carvery brand within our Restaurants division. This iconic brand is going from strength to strength and as a result we are looking for an ambitious marketeer who can further develop and shape the future of this market leading brand in it’s 40th year of trading.
As Marketing Manager, you are the Brand Guardian and leader of a cross functional team, leading the ambition of the brand; developing and delivering the proposition through all brand touch points and above all, creating a memorable experience for our guests. Your role will require you to work with leading agencies in both creative campaigns and digital marketing channels. As Toby Carvery Brand Marketing Manager, you would be joining a vibrant and innovative wider Restaurants Marketing community.
The role is fast paced, varied and requires an individual with ambition and determination, coupled with exemplary stakeholder management skills to drive this iconic brand further forward. Working in a mobile role, you will report into the Head of Brand Marketing for Restaurants.

The Opportunity – Marketing Manager
Your responsibilities would include:
Creatively evaluating consumer trends, market conditions, competitor information and implementing marketing strategy accordinglyLeading the brand offer development of food, drink, and designLeading the execution and emotional delivery of the brand guest experience Developing and executing marketing communication plans Driving profit, volume and market share objectives in line with company ambitionWorking with the wider Restaurants Marketing Team on digital and social strategy, partnerships and ATL media campaigns and cross brand projectsOwnership of the brand budget
What you’ll need to bring to the Marketing Manager role:
Demonstrable experience of 3years + experience in a Marketing role of an equivalent natureExperience of managing multiple projects at pace whilst having a strong eye for detailPassion for food and drink, with experience of delivering a branded food offerDemonstrable track record on delivering consumer engagement and influencing stakeholdersA strategic and commercial attitude to sales and marketingCreative and dynamicSelf-starter, with a passion, drive and a can-do attitude
*Please note this is a mobile role that will require regular travel to the Midlands as well as site visits around the country.*
