Coty Switzerland is seeking   talented, highly motivated and experienced individual to join Coty's Travel Retail Europe Marketing Team as a Marketing Manager in charge of Kylie Cosmetics

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Marketing Manager TRE Europe for Kylie Cosmetics you are responsible for a key 3-axis Brand, defining and executing with perfection the Trade Marketing strategy to achieve defined business objectives (KPIs).

 

 

Your main focus :

Define Brand strategy for the Travel Retail Europe channel, based on global guidelines but adjusted to distribution and regional needs. Lead your Brand with full ownership, from strategy to flawless execution. Be the Single Point Of Contact for your Brand, supporting and enabling the Commercial Team. Lead the deployment of the Trade Marketing & Marketing strategies for your Brand to the Commercial & Multifunctional Teams, as well as to Coty’s external partners. Define your Brand’s innovation launch plan, working closely with the Commercial and Multifunctional Teams. Build the animation and promotional plan for your Brand in mutualized collaboration with the Commercial Team. Closely monitor Brand’s performance, product launches, execution, sell-in/sell-out quantitative and qualitative information, market trends and opportunities. Perform monthly business analysis and innovation reviews for your Brand, to be shared with the Global Travel Retail Team and Global Brand Teams, in collaboration with the Commercial and Multifunctional Teamss Lead key monthly meetings for your Brands (S&OP, Marketing x Sales Connect, MBU). Perform productivity analysis and assortment rationalization exercises, based on business performance and Travel Retail Europe consumer needs, to maximize profitability. Implement forecast process and sufficiency analysis on forecasts for saleables, samples and GWPs, and present recommendations. Monitor merchandising items forecasts. Perform forecasting and shipment analysis to ensure business objectives are met, and to drive learnings to better plan for the future. Ensure fit-for-use of toolboxes, challenging and partnering with the Global Travel Retail Team and Global Brand Teams. Maximize Brand opportunities through finding creative solutions, making sure all executions have been fully approved by the Global Brand Team and the License. Work on ad-hoc Marketing and Trade Marketing projects for your Brand and lead cross-functional projects. Spearhead relationships with key internal contacts, with emphasis on effectively influencing and challenging the Commercial Team, as well as the Global Brand Teams, providing them a sound understanding of the Travel Retail Europe channel. Support the Senior Marketing Manager on specific tasks/projects for Burberry Make-Up and Gucci Make-Up, building on your Make-Up mastery and expertise. Flexible to any business needs requirements.

You will work closely with the Global Travel Retail Team and the Global Brand Teams and, more importantly, with the Commercial and Multifunctional Team in Travel Retail Europe.

 

The team consists of Marketing professionals in Travel Retail Europe and you will work closely together with several departments such as  various Sales, Beauty Advisors, Brand managers, Merchandising, Supply chain and Finance.

 

 

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

You are passionate about beauty and interested in the brand like Kylie Cosmetics. As an experienced Marketing Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, what matters most for this role:

 

Master’s degree in Management and/or Marketing (or related/equivalent discipline). Minimum 3 year’s Marketing experience in Beauty/Luxury and/or Consumer Goods. Previous experience in Color Cosmetics is strongly preferred. Previous experience in Travel Retail & Trade Marketing is a plus. Full mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with automated reporting tools is a plus (MS Power BI). Strong analytical skills & strategic thinking, yet attention to details. Ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations. Strong collaboration and leadership skills required. Sharp organization skills – being able to make the complex simple. Full proficiency in English. French and other languages a plus.
