Reporting to the General Manager, The Marketing Manager is a key partner to the Product and Commercial Teams, turning strategy to action in commercializing products. Collaborating with Product Owners to create the Strategic Marketing Plan, the Marketing Manager will execute that strategy, partnering with internal resources and 3rd party service providers as needed. Marketing campaigns, trade shows/conferences, social media engagement, and managing the website will be the primary responsibilities of this position with the goal of raising brand awareness and driving high quality sales leads to the Commercial Team.

This position is part of the Marketing team located in Glen Allen, VA and will be hybrid (internal employees located in Loveland, CO will also be considered).

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Partner cross-functionally to create and implement the annual marketing and commercial strategy with specific tactics to deliver annual growth objectivesGain an intimate understanding of customer problems through primary and secondary research and translate insights to product and marketing strategy for internal R&D or external partnership opportunitiesPartner with product owners to create & execute product development initiativesCreate marketing campaign strategy to drive customer engagement and increase brand advocacy, working with internal resources to develop content supporting the strategyDirect the Commercial Team to high value and high probability sales by generating MQLs and nurturing those leads to high-quality SQLsDirect internal resources & manage associated budgets in the creation and maintenance of USP’s marketing collateral, including website redesign, social media presence, and physical/digital advertisementsWork with internal & external PPC and SEO resources to create effective web presence and ad strategyOrganize and coordinate marketing events including trade shows and conferencesContinuously follow industry trends, understand market drivers to identify opportunities and threats, and convert these into insights, strategy, and actionsConduct Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis (quantitative and qualitative) within target markets and provide customer feedback to inform and synthesize into strategic plans and business decisionsUnderstand and leverage the relevant Veralto Enterprise System (VES) tools, including but not limited to: Problem Solving, Daily Management, Launch Excellence, and Customer SegmentationMay perform other duties as assigned.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other Marketing advanced degree a plusMinimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or similarDemonstrated ability to assess marketing metrics and drive growth initiativesExperience in content development, email marketing, social media, lead generation, and customer engagementDemonstrated success leading teams through influence with managerial courage and a sense of urgency

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus / Incentive Pay.
