Title: Marketing Manager - Vinyls
Location: Houston, TX (Katy area)
Salary: $130,000+
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week

Focus: The Marketing Manager - Vinyls will execute the business strategy and all aspects related to the marking and sales of vinyl products for Chlor Alkali Products including the business' health, profitability and growth.
Marketing Manager - Vinyls Essential Job Functions: Provides leadership and guidance to Olin on all matters related to the development and profitability of the Chlor Alkali Products and related businesses including pricing, forecasting, contract negotiations, contract maintenance, market research, market development and customer development. Develops, communicates, regularly updates and actively executes a Sales & Marketing strategy with the objective to increase product sales volumes and maintain or increase profitability Supports designated product business at external functions (customer visits, conferences) and internal functions (Olin meetings, plant visits, etc.) Develops and maintains confidential presentations, market studies, competitive analyses, forecasts and research on growth/acquisition targets for restricted internal dissemination to Executive Management Educates, mentors, coaches and motivates the Sales Team on all things related to designated product Develops and maintains promotional materials, sales aids, trade and market intelligence and territory analysis Develops close relationships and open channels of communication with production personnel at Olin’s production sites to ensure a thorough understanding of the business by all parties Liaises closely with the Olin Marketing Teams to coordinate overall growth and profitability for Olin Contributes to customer development, new product development and monitors progress of specific projects Marketing Manager - Vinyls Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree*; Business Administration, Marketing, Basic Sciences or Engineering preferred. Master's Degree* preferred Minimum of 7 years of fulltime work experience with a track record of success in current role Strong understanding of business practices and applications, as well as verbal and written communication skills Ability to summarize and present data in logical, meaningful and effective manner Strong interpersonal skills to effectively deal with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, while fostering a team environment Self-starter and ability to work under tight deadlines Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
