The Marketing Manager for Wealth Management will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives for our Wealth Management division. This role drives brand awareness, client engagement, and overall business growth through innovative marketing strategies and effective communication plans. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Head of Marketing for Wealth Management and senior leadership, product development teams, and sales team to create compelling marketing programs and campaigns!
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Wealth Management division, aligned with business objectives and growth targets.Collaborate with leadership, product development teams, and sales departments to create compelling marketing collateral, programs and campaigns.Lead all aspects of the creation of core marketing collateral, including digital content, email marketing, presentations, direct mail, newsletters, and pitch books.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies and ensure the division remains competitive.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to marketing and communications.Help with management of the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to enhance ROI.Key StakeholdersKey partners include Line of Business teams, Marketing, Communications, Compliance, Legal, and Digital teams. This position reports to the Head of Marketing for Wealth Management, who, in turn, reports to the Head of IM Strategy.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Validated experience in marketing, with a focus on financial services or wealth management.Consistent track record of developing and driving successful marketing strategies and campaigns.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and regulatory compliance.Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive marketing decisions.Salary Range$99,190.00 - $162,955.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
