Marketing Officer Job ID 194692 Posted 27-Dec-2024 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Marketing Location(s) Bangkok - Krung Thep Maha Nakhon - Thailand **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Lead and coordinate a project’s marketing consultancy, acting as main contact and meeting with clients. + Develop marketing plans and execution, marketing budgets, and advertising campaigns both online and offline. + Support the management and optimization of social media platforms, contributing to content creation and curation, including websites and email campaigns. + Implement informative presentations that use viable marketing strategies, plans, and public relations strategies. + Present complex information to clients from different business backgrounds in an easy-to-understand way, and with confidence. + Assist in marketing administration works and coordinate marketing-related assignments. + Effectively manage and prioritize workload and deliver assignments within tight deadlines. **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, finance, economics or related field. + 1-3 years of marketing experience in real estate. + Excellent command of English and Thai. + Proficient skill in Microsoft Office (graphic design skills are a plus). + Basic experience or familiarity with marketing channels including social media, online advertising, PR, and event marketing. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with analytical and creative abilities. + Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
