Position Overview:
The Assistant Marketing Operations Manager will report to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager. The role involves developing and implementing a systemic approach to how we set up and manage pricing and product journeys. This includes reviewing and analyzing data to confirm current pricing, identify planned price increases, and facilitate product migrations. Additionally, the position requires organizing, managing, and creating comprehensive documentation for executing all aspects of pricing and renewal journeys within Salesforce, Excel, and Workfront.
Responsibilities:
Drive data metrics of pricing set-ups throughout the organization through partnerships with various teams including Finance, Account Management, Partner Operations and Product. Provide complex cross functional support to align the direction from the business, providing timely execution documents that will drive results while continually reassessing and pivoting to meet business needs. Manage the process of reviewing and assessing data to set up pricing, pricing increases and product migrations, by delivering organized and documented details for business use. Lead the delivery of processes and procedures to support a culture of continuous improvement of the pricing process across the business and systems. Support and maintain data integrity to ensure consistency and accuracy. Collaborate with internal business teams to document price increase and product migrations tasks and capture milestones to meet fiscal goals. Develop and maintain documentation to support the system and the users. Provide reporting and feedback to management regarding initiative successes and potential risks. Assist in the execution of the annual pricing plan through project management principles.Essential Functions:

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in similar role with knowledge of pricing process (acquisition, renewal, increases and product migrations). Analytical thinker who can manage multiple data sets at a time and produce quality outputs Proven time management skills in a deadline driven environment. Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel), Salesforce, Workfront (or similar tools). Ability to multi-task. Strong planning & organizational skills. Collaborative, team player capable of building relationships throughout the organization. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Team oriented, a self-starter, and can manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail to appropriately manage the complexity of the processes involved. Experience working with individuals at all levels of an organization. Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills.Minimum Physical Requirements:
