Marketing Operations Lead
We are seeking a passionate Marketing Operations Lead to join our growing product team at Good Sam. 

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the SVP Marketing, SVP Operations, and EVP to execute strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with Good Sam's long-term business objectives and vision.Project Management: Help develop and manage the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of marketing campaigns and projects, in partnership with the product marketing directors and channel leaders. Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and aligned with business goals.Process Optimization: Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of marketing processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, scalability, and productivity across the marketing team.Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of project managers in support of all facets of marketing. Foster collaboration across all teams, ensuring alignment to drive measurable business outcomes.Field and M&A Integration: Manage marketing and business integration efforts for any Good Sam acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions of activities, brand integrations where relevant, and new processes/activities buildout as needed. Field management includes support of the Good Sam Business Centers, all marketing collateral, and continued improvement of branding/marketing message.Vendor & Partner Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.Compliance & Standards: Collaborate with the product marketing directors and legal team to develop and enforce a compliance program, ensuring all marketing activities meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.Resource & Capacity Management: Prioritize projects, manage resources, and oversee capacity planning to ensure the team is equipped to meet deadlines and business demands.Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing operations team, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and deliver better results.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level projects, facilitating clear communication, alignment, and regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business operations, project management, or a related fieldCertifications: PMP certification preferred.Experience: 5+ years of operations, consulting, or project management experience, ideally at a large organization or top marketing agency firm.Skills:Proven experience managing large-scale marketing projects and driving operational efficiencies.Expertise in project management methodologies and toolsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across teams.Strong leadership skills, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.Collaborative mindset, capable of fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.Ability to effectively multi-task and think through critical elements in a pragmatic manner.Why Join Us:Lead and shape marketing operations at a dynamic company in a high-growth environment.Work with a collaborative and results-oriented team.Competitive salary and benefits, with ample opportunities for career development.

Pay Range:

$119,175.00-$178,788.75 Annual
