Amazon Web Services (AWS), a subsidiary of Amazon.com and a global leader in Cloud Computing, is looking for a highly detail-oriented, analytical and self-learner individual that insists on operational highest standards. In this role, you will support the Latin America team operating critical Marketing related processes and will have direct responsibility for analytics and reporting, manage the lead flow process end-to-end, manage finance (i.e: budget usage, sponsorship/vendor contracts, etc) and legal processes, analyze marketing data and trends, cross team communications and training, and team centralization projects.
This position requires a strong analytical mindset, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance and productivity of the AWS Latin America Marketing organization by streamlining operations, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement and execution quality within the dynamic ecosystem
Key job responsibilities
- Effectively manage the critical operational processes that affect the Marketing productivity and customer experience
- Manage and support on Finance (budget management) and Legal (contract and vendor management) processes
- Streamline lead management and lead handoff processes end-to-end and oversee follow-up activities for major and globally-aligned prospecting and demand generation programs
- Ensure seamless coordination and effective execution of lead nurturing campaigns across multiple channels and teams
- Identify drivers of business problems and trends at their root, while also stepping back to understand the broader context
- Develop statistical analysis models to predict trends, identify potential issues, and forecast future goal achievement
- Develop intuitive reports and dashboards within Salesforce and Amazon QuickSight for enhanced visibility, comprehensive campaign effectiveness measurement, and real-time goal tracking
- Collaborate on weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor, analyze and report campaigns effectiveness and performance
- Analyze metrics and data sources from various systems such as Salesforce, Quicksight, Marketo, etc
- Provide comprehensive onboarding and training to new employees, ensuring effective utilization of marketing tools, reporting sources, and operational processes related to lead management
- Drive team-wide adoption of best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and process improvement
A day in the life
Your day-to-day activities will revolve around collaborating with internal stakeholders from field marketing, sales, lead management, and global marketing operations teams. You'll tackle challenges such as streamlining lead management process, managing and supporting on finance and legal processes, optimizing lead nurturing campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution of demand generation and prospecting programs. Your primary focus will be on the AWS Latin America team, working to enhance their productivity, campaign effectiveness, and goal attainment through data-driven insights, process improvements, and strategic planning. Additionally, you'll oversee marketing campaigns compliance and management, performance tracking, and foster a culture of continuous learning within these teams.
About the team
The LATAM Marketing Programs & Operations team is a customer-centric powerhouse, dedicated to support and provide operational excellence to the LATAM Field Marketing team and other Sales stakeholders, creating seamless data flows that drive satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include delivering regular data and analysis about the health of the business to senior leadership, operationalize the LATAM FM reporting structure, improve internal processes, maintain internal stakeholder relationships and provide training and enablement to the broader team to ensure self-service to the entire organization.

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
