Marketing Operations Manager

We’re looking for an energetic, creative, resourceful, and super communicative person with a can-do attitude to join our global Marketing Ops dynamic team and help us build and maintain the next generation Marketing Ops environment.

The ideal candidate is a tech savvy, strategic thinker with strong project management skills who has experience as an operational marketer and a strong background with Marketing Automation tools (preferably Marketo). 

You should be a natural problem solver with great attention to details and excellent time management skills to succeed in this role.

What you'll do:

Manage projects end to end: plan, design and execute Marketing Operations projects using project management skills and business process understanding Marketing Automation: actively manage, maintain and enhance Marketing Automation tasks, while understanding our Sales-Marketing environment Contractors management: own processes with our external contractors while optimizing their work Cross-functional collaboration: work daily with regional and global teams across the broader AppsFlyer organization, understanding their needs and prioritizing to meet deadlines Data-driven reporting: produce various reports drawn from different data systems and sources for analyzing project KPIs Stakeholder training: provide continuous training to relevant stakeholders on data interpretation, optimal lead management and Marketing Ops processes Lead nurture: maintain and optimize lead nurture funnels Campaign building and Management: build campaigns using Salesforce & Marketo, perform list imports, email campaigns and different website tools

What you have:

Technology savvy: strong passion for understanding technology and business processes around them to effectively address common pain points Marketing Automation experience: at least two years of working experience with Marketing Automation tools (preferably Marketo) in B2B companies Salesforce experience: at least two years working experience with Salesforce Stakeholder management: proven ability to drive change and harness collaboration from different teams and groups to meet our needs Integration tools proficiency: experience with Make/Integromat (preferable) or similar service Data Analysis skills: expertise in Excel / Google Sheets, preferably with ability to use AI for advanced data analysis Strong strategic thinking: ability to strategize and develop work processes and project designs Attention to detail - passionate about researching problem sources/bugs and ensuring they are resolved Communication skills: native or near-native English level - written and verbal skills Organizational skills: strong organizational and time-management skills, experience with Asana or a similar tool

Bonus Points:

Global high tech B2B/SAAS company experience HTML experience BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering / Marketing / Data Science or equivalent Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member
