Then come and join our global team as Marketing Operations Manager (f/m/d) to translate our business and marketing strategies into actionable results and to ensure the highest standards for Marketing of our Specialty Laboratory Solutions (SLS).


Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You are responsible to enable SLS to achieve its respective Key Performance IndicatorsYou will operationalize SLS high standard marketing processes (marketing plan, product launches and End-of-Service)You will manage the design and implementation of joined templates marketing tools and channelsYou will ensure Laboratory Diagnostics wide alignment for Product Line overarching upstream topics in SLSYou will monitor Launches, EOS and portfolio transitions

Your qualifications and experience:

You hold a university degree in Marketing or Business ManagementYou have experience in Marketing operations, ideally in the diagnostics industryCustomer facing experience in either Sales, Marketing or HCS is desiredYou have the proven capability to structure and implement processes towards achievement of goals


Your attributes and skills:You have business fluent English language skillsYou are convincing with demonstrated ability to achieve goals in complex environmentsYou possess the demonstrated experience in influencing, developing and motivating people from diverse backgroundsYou have excellent communication skills and a strong sense of urgencyYou working style is showcased by a high level of customer focus and your ability to adapt to change
