Marketing Operations - Senior Analyst

This role is required be based in our New York City office, generally ~3 days a week on‐site. The Marketing Operations – Senior Analyst is the center of project management workstreams in the NYC-based "Behavior Change Pods" Agile marketing organization. The focus of this role will be delivering Aetna and Caremark member communications aimed at helping members get healthier while reducing their medical costs. Using advanced analytics and cutting-edge marketing tools, the Behavior Change Pods help members manage their health and navigate the complex care system in a friendly way. This team works to deliver highly valued programs for the enterprise. The colleague in this role will collaborate with a cross-functional team of marketers, martech specialists, data scientists, data engineers, and product owners to ensure the timely launch of campaigns. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Support two separate enterprise programs each with their own processes and requirements. + Partner with different operations managers and product teams to build project plans and coordinate between on timelines, budgets, and requirements. + Traffic campaigns through approvals and legal / regulatory reviews through different processes for different business units. + Manage vendor interactions for direct mail, phone calls, and innovation tech partnerships. + Execute Quality Assurance / User Acceptance Testing for campaigns, in partnership with a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect and data partners. + Conduct ongoing monitoring for active campaigns, maintaining deliverability reports and escalating to leadership as needed. + Support general project management and co-develop key artifacts and processes internally to ensure the Pod is a “well-oiled machine.” + Manage Pod finances and other reporting / dashboards. **Required Qualifications** + 3+ years in a marketing operations role in a large corporation (ideally working with some combination of email, direct mail, SMS, IVR/phone, paid media, web). + 2+ years of project management experience, with desire to stretch into a marketing environment or 1+ years of general marketing strategy/operations experience or consulting experience. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience / familiarity with Workfront workflow management tool is strongly preferred! + Some professional experience with PowerPoint (building deliverables / communication materials) and Excel (basic manipulation, pivots, reporting, etc.). + Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to learn quickly and prioritize are all critical for this role. + Experience working in an Agile methodology and/or rapid test and learn environment (either directly with marketing campaigns or in a product development environment) is preferred, but not required. + Experience for healthcare industry is preferred, but not required – but a passion for healthcare is necessary! **Education** Bachelor's Degree in marketing preferred or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $50,188.00 - $122,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
