The experienced Marketing Operations Specialist supports the execution of marketing efforts for the healthcare system. The position provides administrative and marketing assistance in the execution of marketing plans and projects, and through the development and design of campaign materials and collateral. The Marketing Operations Specialist also provides administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer and department, managing calendars, planning events, coordinating meetings, and handling general office operations. Outstanding design, organizational and project management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key characteristics for success in this position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):
Executes marketing plans under the direction of the leadership team. Manages collateral projects to deadline. Facilitates assigned marketing communication projects for the department. Assists with budget management, including invoice data entry, contacting vendors to secure pricing information, and assisting in keeping projects within budget. Compiles analytics and produces reports to assess program performance and planning options. Coordinates sponsorship requests, approvals, and proper representation of the SRHS brand at events Provides administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, travel, answering phones, developing, and distributing meeting materials. Manages promotional item orders and inventory. Coordinates digital signage and intranet content. Research industry news and events presenting opportunities to the leadership team. Research and create internal awareness of new technologies that may assist in department operations.QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in marketing, accounting, or business. Two (2) years of healthcare marketing, legal, or accounting experience. Expertise in project management. Excellent design skills. Meeting scheduling and calendar management skills. Demonstrated computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Canva and Adobe Creative suite. Experience with sponsorship programs is also desired but not required. Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Strong copywriting and proofing skills. Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to coordinate and conduct multiple projects simultaneously. Energy that will inspire and motivate team members. Adapts well to rapidly changing environment.
