A role with Target In-Store Marketing means an opportunity to shape our guests’ holistic experience of our marketing content inside our stores. You’ll drive the success of both forward-thinking projects and best practices that have a global impact on In-Store Marketing’s activities. Bring your exceptional skills for prioritization to allocate and manage projects to meet budget and timing parameters. Here, you’ll balance efficiency with effectiveness as you oversee the production and logistics for all In-Store Marketing deliverables.
PRIMARY FUNCTION
As a Marketing Ops Analyst you will help shape one of the world's strongest brands by enhancing guest experience. You will execute In-store marketing strategies and bring campaigns to life, solidify guest loyalty and ultimately drive sales. You'll partner with internal and external teams to help all families discover the joy of everyday life through Target.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will execute strategies which positively impact Guest’s in-store experience that increases brand awareness for the assigned business area(s)
Pro-actively drive & manage the project plan, communicating all deadlines and ensuring cross-functional team compliance.
Set up, manage and execute In-store Marketing projects by understanding campaign objective and be the single point of contact for the assigned category
Partner with cross functional teams to identify project estimates based on historical data
Work on process improvements and strategic initiatives by identifying existing issues and deep diving at the root cause level
Problem solve process related issues
Promote sharing of expertise and continuous learning
Follow defined and communicated best methods and procedures
Ensure quality and accuracy of work
Support team strategies, goals and objectives
Promote commitment to the organization’s vision, values and direction

Reports to Sr. Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate in any stream
3 to 5 yrs. experience in retail/marketing operations
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Detail-oriented & demonstrates organizational & analytical skills
Demonstrated leadership, multi-tasking and decision-making skills
Self-starter, curious and thrives on learning new capabilities
Excellent communicator – ability to present to large groups of people, manage cross functional projects and strong organization skills
Positive attitude
The role will require working in the following shift timings as per business requirement - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm
May also require engaging in late evening calls with the onsite team.
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
Prior retail/e-commerce experience
