**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**
+ Implementamarketingandsalesstrategyforoneormoreoftheorganization'smorecomplex,controversial,orstrategicallysignificantproducts/servicesinordertomeetestablishedsalesormarketsharetargets.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Conductmarketresearch,overseeproductdevelopmentanddesign,setprices,launchnewproducts,overseeadvertisingcampaigns,andmonitorsalesperformancetoeffectivelymarketassignedproducts/services.
+ Monitor,analyze,andevaluatedomesticandinternationalmarkettrends,consumerbehaviorandcompetitoractivitytoidentifymarketopportunitiesfortheproduct/service.
+ Monitor,analyze,andevaluateproductperformanceandcustomerfeedbacktogeneratenewproductideas.
+ Identifyproduct/servicechangestomeetcustomerneeds.
+ Liaisewithotherareasoftheorganization(e.g.,production, R&D)toimplementthesechanges.
+ Preparesalesforecastsandbudgets.
+ Monitorsalesvolume,revenuesandcostsagainstforecasts.
+ Adaptplanstoimprovethesalesperformanceoftheproduct/service.
+ Liaisewithadvertisingandpromotionsspecialiststodesignsalescampaignsandsalescollateralfortheproduct/servicethatareeffectiveandappropriateforthetargetaudience.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**
+ Associates Degree (± 13 years)
+ MastersDegree (± 18 years) in Engineering
**Experience/Background**
+ Minimum 4 years
