Marketing Portfolio Manager - System Wide

This is a remote/work from home position supporting Bon Secours Mercy Heath (BSMH) Urgent Care and other BSMH System marketing initiatives.

Hire must live in the continental United States and be able to work eastern time zone hours.

Primary Function/General Purpose of Position  

Develop and execute the strategy for consumer engagement and brand positioning to achieve the Ministry’s revenue growth goals within assigned portfolio of business to include key service lines and ministry-wide initiatives i.e. Urgent Care.

Key functions within this role include consultative client services to support business partners within the business portfolio by developing strategic marketing plans, monitoring trends and business insights, and implementing strategic marketing campaigns.

 

Essential Job Functions  

Leads the development and implements an omnichannel strategy for enhancing revenue growth and delivering on the Ministry’s value proposition, with geographically assigned portfolios.

Supports local markets to understand key objectives, trends and business insights to develop and execute defined marketing strategies

Holds accountability for key performance indicators that demonstrate return on investment by leading monthly, quarterly and annually reporting conversations

Adheres to operational budget that supports marketing objectives

Broadly understands many marketing disciplines to work collaboratively with a matrixed marketing organization to jointly build and execute strategic marketing plans for assigned geographical areas. 

Acts as project manager to ensure successful implementation of multi-tactic marketing campaigns, leading parts of its execution while supporting, collaborating and influencing on others; leadership is both formal and informal requiring influencing skills

Acts as a consultant and client services relationship manager to leadership at the local market level

Special projects as assigned, for example system strategic initiatives, marketing innovation projects, etc.

Education 

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications (required)

Work Experience 

7+ years of related experience (required)  

2+ years people management experience (preferred)
